required to obtain control schedules via power conditioners (PCS), so operations assume issuing instructions approximately 1\u20132 hours in advance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #ffffff;padding: 6px;width: 400 px;height: 40px;border-radius: 1px;border: solid  #cccccc;float: left\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Proposed Measures for Further Curtailment Reduction <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #faede1;padding: 6px;width: 90%;height: 105px;border-radius: 1px;border: and Below\u201d, it becomes possible to delay control instructions for online extra-high voltage until just before real-time balancing, thereby reducing curtailment  #ffffff;float: left\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0From the perspective of ensuring fairness in settlement for online proxy control, it is also necessary to
